Yogasana – Beginner Course
Beginner Yoga Course of 6 weeks is an ideal way to begin your practice. Also good for advanced students to develop their knowledge about fundamentals of yoga. During the practice you will learn:
major yoga poses and their names, alignments & alternatives, how to use yoga props.
Pranayama – basic breathing techniques.
The course will build your confidence, flexibility & stamina. It creates strong foundations to be able, after the course, to progress to Yogasana Level 1 course and continue your progress and development further.
