Beginners Yoga is an ideal way to start your journey into Yoga practice.  Also accessible for advanced students to develop their knowledge about fundamentals of yoga. During the practice you will learn:

Major yoga poses and their names

Alignments & alternatives

How to use yoga props

Pranayama – basic breathing techniques.

The course will build your confidence, flexibility, stamina and connection to your body and heart.

It creates strong foundations to continue your progress and development further.
